You must call the Customer Service immediately to report the loss. The person who finds your card will not be able to use it in automatic tellers since s/he does not have your PIN or confidential numbers provided in the card package you purchased. It is recommended that you do not share your PIN with anyone and preferably that you memorize it so that only you have access to your card.

A new card will be mailed to you, and we will transfer any balance from your lost card to your new card.

12. May I obtain a new PIN if I forget mine?

For your security and protection, no. Only you can know those confidential numbers.
